HOW TO COLLECT DEVICES
Add a mail-in form to your website
Simply add a donation form we provide directly to your website. Donors complete the form to receive a prepaid shipping label for sending devices to us. You’ll receive credit for each reusable device donated, and anyone in the U.S. can participate.
Do a one-day collection event.
Hold an eCycle event on a weekend to raise funds and keep electronics out of landfills. Encourage supporters to drop off unwanted computers, cell phones, and other electronics. We provide the marketing materials, guidance, and support you need to make your one-day collection event a success.
Get a box
If you have an easily accessible location for donors, a collection box is an easy and effective way to collect laptops and cell phones. We provide the collection boxes, and once they’re full, we’ll arrange pickup or supply prepaid shipping labels so the devices can be sent to us for processing and settlement.
Refer a Business
Instead of asking corporate supporters for cash, ask them to donate surplus computers and technology equipment. Companies are happy to donate unused tech rather than pay for recycling. We provide pickups and secure data destruction services.
Start a Computer Reuse Program
Earn more funding by helping with the computer refurbishment process. We provide free training and guidance to help you start and run a successful computer reuse and recycling program, along with free software for testing, data wiping, and selling computers. Refurbished devices can also support digital inclusion and workforce development programs.
